I am happy to sell to customers abroad, but there are some things you should know first:

Most customers buying items via the internet from foreign businesses are subject to a variety of tariffs, import fees, and the like. These vary greatly from country to country. Some have no extra fees. You would be responsible for paying these fees to your own customs service. Information for the import fees for your country is usually available online.

For customers in the UK:

Customers in the UK are responsible for VATs, import duties, and Royal Mail fees. As of March 2008, the VAT in the UK is 17.5% on imported silver jewelry. There is a 2.5% duty on orders over $560. There may be a processing fee from the Royal Mail that is separate from the shipping fee for the US mail (see below), and which Royal Mail will charge on delivery.

I can send international packages either first class US mail, which, depending on how big the package is, will usually cost around US$10 or less. If you prefer, I could also send the package International Priority, which costs approximately US$20 and has a faster delivery time of six to ten days. I will invoice this amount via Paypal.
