ordering information

ORDERING

All my jewelry is hand-made, by me, one at a time, and very limited edition. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind. Most necklaces and bracelets are made to order to allow for customization of length. I don't warehouse anything.

My turn-around time for orders is typically within three days, often within 24 hours. You will always hear from me within 24 hours to acknowledge your order was received and understood. At that time I'll give you an estimated ship date. You will receive another email from me upon order shipment.

If for any reason you DON'T hear from me, assume the cyber demons have eaten your order and I haven't received it. In that case, please contact me to follow up. And please be sure the reply email on your order is one you check regularly. Orders have been unnecessarily delayed because someone accidentally forgot to list a necklace length and then didn't check their email for a week. It makes me very sad!

WHOLESALE AND INTERNATIONAL

Wholesale:

Wholesale customers are welcome! Wholesale prices are keystone with a FEIN or tax number. Minimum order is $250. Please contact me for more information, including unlisted inventory.

International ordering:

Standard shipping to Canada is free. For other countries please VISIT MY INTERNATIONAL ORDERING PAGE.

International, including Canadian, orders are usually shipped once per week, typically on Mondays. After placing your order I will contact you with specific ship dates.

SHIPPING

All jewelry is shipped via the United States Postal Service. Delivery anywhere in the US is usually within one week. Standard shipping is free. If any item is damaged in shipment report the damage to me and to the carrier immediately.

Shipping on metalwork is included in the item pricing.

PURCHASES

My online shopping cart is managed through Paypal, however, you do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase jewelry from The Green Fuse. You may purchase your jewelry via the shopping cart using your credit card or you may use a personal check. For more information, see below.

PERSONAL CHECKS

If you prefer not to use the online ordering option you may send me a personal check. You may place your order via email -- felicia@thegreenfuse.com -- or include a written order with your mailed check. If you live in the state of Minnesota, there is a 6.5% sales tax. (Sorry. Blame the government.) Your order will be delivered to you after your check for full payment has cleared.

My greatest wish is for you to be happy. If you aren't, I'll do whatever I can to try to fix it. Simple as that.

Please return your jewelry carefully packed to avoid damage in transit and let me know if you'd like an adjustment, a replacement, or a refund.
